Owner

Dal has been a licensed home builder in the state of South Carolina for over 35 years. He provides a level of expertise that few companies in South Carolina can provide. Dal’s advisement on the correct way homes should be built, ensures a quality home inspection.

Inspector

Wiggins graduated from The Citadel in 2018 and started his professional career as a Inventory Planner for a medical device company in Columbia, SC. He later would become a Project Manager in the company. Because of his developed interest in home building and home inspection, he decided to become a licensed certified home inspector, and enjoys what he does every day.
